| Edmonton Artists' Trust Fund (EATF)The Edmonton Artists' Trust Fund (EATF) is a joint project of the Edmonton Arts Council and the Edmonton Community Foundation. The fund invests in Edmonton's creative community by supporting Edmonton artists as they create new work, change the direction of their careers, study with a master or renew themselves creatively. |

This will include comprehensive descriptions of the initiative, budget, timeline, and may include additional organizational information, if requested. |
October 15 | Cultural Diversity in the Arts ProgramThe City of Edmonton through the Edmonton Arts Council has established the Cultural Diversity in the Arts Program in recognition that artists from all parts of the world enrich Edmonton’s cultural scene. Grants will support the activities of individual, Edmonton artists for a specific time towards a specific project. Projects can be individual or collective and could include creation of work in any art form. Professional development and mentorship projects are encouraged. |
November 1 | Festival Organizations – 2020 Transition Operating GrantThe purpose of this program is to provide limited operating assistance to established non-profit organizations for the purpose of producing festival events in Edmonton. The EAC is currently reviewing the complement of granting programs for the 2021 funding cycle as a result of Connections & Exchanges. In recognition of this process, the granting process will be simplified for the 2020 funding cycles. In 2020 this program will provide support to organizations that have received Festival Operating funding in 2019. |
November 15 | Arts and Festivals Seed – 2020 Transition GrantThe purpose of the 2020 Arts and Festivals Seed grant program is to provide limited operating assistane, subject to the availability of funds, to emerging non-profit organizations that pursue arts and festival activities in the City of Edmonton. |
December 2 | Arts Organizations – 2020 Transition Operating GrantThe purpose of the 2020 Transition Operating Grant programs is to provide operating assistance to established non-profit organizations that have previously received support through the Edmonton Arts Council's legacy operating programs. The EAC is currently reviewing the complement of granting programs for the 2021 funding cycle as a result of Connections & Exchanges. In recognition of this process, the granting process will be simplified for the 2020 funding cycles. In 2020 this program will provide support to organizations that have received Arts Operating funding in 2019. |

Program under review | Artist Initiated Public Art ProjectArtist Initiated Public Art Project grants are intended to encourage and support the activities of Edmonton artists for a specific time towards a specific partnership project to create art in the public realm. Projects can be by individual artists or small collectives of artists, directed towards the creation, development and production of work that will be installed in Edmonton location(s) free and accessible to everyone. |
